Privacy, Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy

IGBS–SBDG for Training & Consultation

IGBS–SBDG for Training & Consultation is committed to protecting the privacy of trainees, clients, and users, as well as safeguarding all intellectual property rights and all training, educational, and professional content that it develops, produces, or provides through its programs, courses, and various platforms.

Registration in any program, use of any IGBS–SBDG platform, or purchase or attendance of any training or consulting service constitutes acceptance of and agreement to comply with the provisions of this Policy.

First: Privacy Policy

IGBS–SBDG is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the personal data and information of trainees and clients and to using such information only for purposes related to registration, training, communication, program administration, certificate issuance, follow-up, and service quality improvement.

The data collected may include, without limitation:

• Full name and basic personal information.
• Telephone number and email address.
• Program and course registration information.
• Payment and invoicing information.
• Attendance, assessment, and examination information.
• Information related to certificate issuance.
• Communications and correspondence with IGBS–SBDG.
• Technical data associated with the use of electronic learning platforms.

IGBS–SBDG undertakes not to sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Certain data may be shared only to the extent necessary with organizations or service providers whose involvement is required for the provision of services, such as accreditation bodies, examination providers, payment service providers, or technology platforms, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service.

Second: Ownership of Training and Educational Content

All training, educational, and professional materials provided or made available by IGBS–SBDG shall be considered the intellectual property of IGBS–SBDG unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Such materials include, without limitation:

• Books and training manuals.
• Presentations.
• Lectures.
• Audio recordings.
• Educational videos.
• Recorded courses.
• PDF files.
• Templates and forms.
• Training guides and tools.
• Training packages.
• Studies and case studies.
• Examinations and question banks.
• Visual materials, graphics, and designs.
• Methodologies, models, and frameworks developed by IGBS–SBDG.
• Content published on the website, educational platforms, or social media channels operated by IGBS–SBDG.
• Any content specifically developed for IGBS–SBDG programs.

All intellectual, literary, and commercial rights relating to such content shall remain fully owned by IGBS–SBDG.

Third: Copyright

All copyrights and rights of reproduction, copying, distribution, display, publication, and commercial or non-commercial reuse relating to content owned by IGBS–SBDG are fully reserved.

No trainee, client, or user may copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify, or republish any part of the content without obtaining prior express written authorization from IGBS–SBDG.

Purchasing a course, paying training fees, or obtaining access to a platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the trainee.

The trainee is granted only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the content solely for personal learning purposes.

Fourth: Prohibition on Publishing or Sharing Training Materials

Trainees are expressly prohibited from carrying out any of the following activities:

• Sharing course files with any other person.
• Uploading training materials to websites or online platforms.
• Publishing lectures or videos on YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other platform.
• Sending recordings or files to individuals who are not registered in the program.
• Reselling or redistributing training materials.
• Using the content to provide other training courses without authorization.
• Recording or photographing lectures without written approval.
• Reproducing or substantially copying portions of the materials and publishing them under the name of another person or organization.
• Removing the IGBS–SBDG name or logo from any material.
• Modifying materials and republishing them in a manner that suggests they were produced by another person or organization.

Fifth: Educational Videos and Recorded Lectures

All educational videos and recorded lectures provided by IGBS–SBDG are intended solely for the personal use of the registered trainee.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Downloading videos and republishing them.
• Sharing private platform links with any other party.
• Sharing usernames or passwords.
• Screen recording or recording educational videos.
• Uploading recordings to external platforms.
• Using videos to train other individuals.
• Rebroadcasting lectures, whether live or recorded.

IGBS–SBDG may use technical measures to identify unauthorized access, account sharing, or misuse of content.

Sixth: Confidentiality of Access Credentials

The trainee is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials for the IGBS–SBDG platform.

It is prohibited to share:

• Username.
• Password.
• Private access links.
• Verification codes.
• Any information that enables another person to access program content.

If account sharing or unauthorized use is detected, IGBS–SBDG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prejudice to any other legal rights available to it.

Seventh: Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized use of IGBS–SBDG content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.

In the event of any violation, IGBS–SBDG reserves the right to:

• Suspend the user’s access to the platform.
• Cancel the user’s program registration.
• Terminate the user’s right to use the content.
• Take appropriate legal action.
• Claim compensation for material and non-material damages resulting from the violation.
• Request the removal of unlawfully published content from websites and online platforms.

Eighth: Trademarks and Corporate Identity

The use of the IGBS–SBDG name, logo, trademarks, or visual identity in any advertisement, content, training program, certificate, or commercial activity is prohibited without prior written approval.

No party may imply the existence of a partnership, accreditation, authorization, or official representation of IGBS–SBDG without a written agreement or authorization.

Ninth: Commercial Use of Materials

No part of IGBS–SBDG content may be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

This includes, without limitation:

• Delivering training courses using IGBS–SBDG materials.
• Selling files or videos.
• Reproducing and selling templates or forms.
• Incorporating materials into paid training programs.
• Using the content to establish or develop a competing training product or service.

Tenth: Recording Live Lectures

Live lectures may not be recorded by audio, video, or screen recording without prior written permission from IGBS–SBDG.

Where IGBS–SBDG records a lecture, all rights relating to such recording shall remain the property of IGBS–SBDG.

Eleventh: Content Provided by Trainers or Experts

Where content is provided through trainers, experts, or cooperating organizations, the intellectual property rights relating to such content shall be governed by the contractual arrangements between IGBS–SBDG and the relevant trainer, expert, or organization.

Trainees may not assume that they have any right to republish or redistribute such content.

Twelfth: Third-Party Content

Certain programs may include materials, references, standards, or sources owned by third parties.

All rights relating to such materials remain with their respective owners, and IGBS–SBDG does not grant trainees any rights beyond those permitted by applicable law or contractual arrangements.

Thirteenth: Protection of Databases

Databases, client lists, trainee lists, research data, directories, company lists, supplier lists, and contact lists created or developed by IGBS–SBDG constitute part of its intellectual and commercial assets.

Such materials may not be copied, sold, distributed, shared, or commercially reused without prior written authorization.

Fourteenth: Protection of Examinations and Question Banks

Examinations, questions, question banks, model answers, and assessment tools are confidential and protected content.

Trainees are prohibited from:

• Photographing examination questions.
• Publishing examination questions.
• Sending questions to third parties.
• Circulating answers.
• Reusing examination content outside the program.

Fifteenth: Consent to Photography and Recording

Where the nature of a program involves photographing events or recording lectures, the use of participant images or recordings shall be handled in accordance with the announced terms and applicable legal requirements.

Participation in a program does not, by itself, constitute unrestricted consent to use a participant’s image or voice for marketing purposes unless such use has been expressly stated or separately approved.

Sixteenth: Protection of Copyright Notices

Users must not remove any intellectual property or copyright notice from materials provided by IGBS–SBDG.

All logos, trademarks, and copyright notices appearing on files, videos, or documents must remain intact.

Seventeenth: Consequences of Violating this Policy

If this Policy is violated, IGBS–SBDG reserves the right to take any of the following measures, depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation:

• Issue a warning to the user.
• Suspend the user’s account.
• Revoke access to the course.
• Cancel the user’s registration in the program.
• Block access to training materials.
• Take appropriate legal action.
• Claim compensation for any damages or losses arising from the violation.

Eighteenth: Trainee Acknowledgment

By registering in any program or using any platform operated by IGBS–SBDG, the trainee acknowledges and agrees that:

1. All training materials are protected by intellectual property rights.
2. The materials are intended solely for personal learning purposes.
3. The trainee has no right to publish, share, or sell any material.
4. The trainee has no right to share login credentials with third parties.
5. All intellectual property rights relating to content owned by IGBS–SBDG remain vested in IGBS–SBDG for Training & Consultation.
6. Any unauthorized use may expose the trainee to legal liability.

Nineteenth: Policy Updates

IGBS–SBDG reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the requirements relating to the protection of intellectual property and personal data.

Any updated version shall become effective from the date of publication or from the date users are notified, as determined by IGBS–SBDG.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights are reserved in favor of IGBS–SBDG for Training & Consultation.

No part of the educational, training, or professional content of IGBS–SBDG may be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, modified, sold, or shared in any form or by any means without prior written authorization.
